2013 Highlights

SASQ Media is the only media company in the outdoors market focused on mobile media.  Following are some 2013 highlights:

Emails

> Jay Kumar’s BassBlaster circ grew more than 2,000% and became the #2 daily read in bass fishing, the biggest market in fishing.  Advertiser interest increased significantly.

> The SlabBlaster and IceBlaster emails were launched in partnership with market leaders who recognize that portable, non-website content is key moving forward.

Apps

> The BassGold web app got a more modern redesign, and subscriptions were up 100% over 2012.

> Work began on spec’ing out a BassGold mobile app and related apps.

> The BassBlaster mobile app was launched and, importantly, was kept dead simple. It works as advertised.

Content & Consulting

> Content provided for a variety of digital and print outlets, including event-based content for tournament organizations.

> For one of the biggest companies in the fishing market, began managing and coordinating all digital media toward business goals (the only way to do it).
